1.) ANY size horse property in Weber, Davis, or Box Elder counties up to $200,000. Should have reasonably clean, livable home, older is OK, any barns, pasture or other livestock facilities a plus. Currently needing these for seven (7) pre-qualified buyers.
2.) 2 acre plus or minus buildable lot in a quiet area, S. Cache, S. Box Elder, Weber or Morgan area. To $120,000 One (1) ready buyer.
3.) 5 to 20 acres, buildable, southern, central, or northern utah, preferred Juab or Sanpete county area.
W/ water tTo $300,000. One (1) buyer.4.) 3 plus acre w/ nice smaller home. Set up for horses preferred but not required. Needs to be within 1 hour of Salt Lake City. Weber, Morgan, Summit, Davis, Salt Lake or Utah counties. Possible trade with 10-20 acre horse farm in Morriston, Florida. To $450,000.
